| 摘 要： | 加强大学生党员的党性修养是高校贯彻落实全面从严治党战略部署的内在要求,是高校辅导员开展党建工作的重要内容,主要面临着认知调谐、价值同构和目标统协的难点,应有针对性地从提升理想信念引领力、加强思想理论学习指向力、强化党规党章教育渗透力、增强组织生活耦合力和续启党性修养驱动力等五个路径向度推进。

| Abstract: | Enhancing college student Party members'Party spirit is part of an all-out strategic effort to enforce strict Party discipline in colleges and universities;it is a focus of college advisors in Party construction.The challenges include cognitive tuning,value identification and goal setting.Advisors must lead by example with firm beliefs,provide solid ideological and political theories teaching,strengthen Party regulations teaching,organize meaningful activities and motivate students to enhance their Party spirit. |
