| 摘 要： | 新时代高校育人对大学生提出了文化自信的新要求,与思想政治教育的价值观培育可以有机结合、相互支持,文化自信教育对大学生的价值观塑造有积极的促进作用。辅导员应在培育大学生价值观中充分发挥文化渗透的力量。通过营造校园文化自信的培育环境、提高高校舆论引导能力、建设学生集体文化氛围、强化实践养成的自觉行为,激发大学生的内在动力,达到提升大学生文化自信、培育社会主义核心价值观的育人目标。

| Abstract: | Cultivation of cultural confidence,a new task to be fulfilled by colleges and universities in the new era,should be dynamically integrated with the cultivation of correct values.They are mutually conducive.College advisors need to realize the power of culture and work hard to create a favorable cultural environment,strengthen public opinion guidance,stimulate students'inner motive force so students can be more culturally confident and identify more strongly with the core socialist values. |
