| 摘 要： | 在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,高职院校积极开展创业教育和活动,大学生对创新创业逐渐产生浓厚兴趣,但是也存在一部分大学生诚信缺失、伦理缺失。因此,加强创业伦理培养与教育也就成为我国高等教育改革发展的必然趋势,特别是建设中国特色高水平高职院校更要重视创业伦理培育。文章旨在分析高职院校学生创业伦理培育方面的不足,从思想认识、课程体系、师资队伍、政策保障等方面进行有益探索,并得出提升高职学生创业伦理素养的对策,以此引起更多学者的关注。

| Abstract: | Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,higher vocational colleges actively carry out entrepreneurship education,and college students gradually develop strong interest in innovation and entrepreneurship.However,there are also some college students lack of integrity and ethics in the practice of entrepreneurship.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation and education of entrepreneurial ethics has become an inevitable trend of China's higher education reform and development,especially the construction of high level vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics should pay more attention to the cultivation of entrepreneurial ethics.This paper aims to analyze the deficiencies in the cultivation of entrepreneurial ethics for college students in higher vocational colleges,and make beneficial exploration from the aspects of ideological understanding,curriculum system,teaching staff and policy guarantee,and come up with countermeasures to improve the entrepreneurial ethics literacy of college students,so as to attract more scholars'attention. |
