基于知识管理与实践社团的网络自主学习研究

摘    要:当今随着网络信息技术的迅猛发展,学习型社会的建设与网上丰富的网络学习资源使网络自主学习得以迅猛发展,正在改变着人们的学习方式。本文对基于知识管理与实践社团的网络自主学习模式进行了理论探讨与实证研究。初步的理论研究与实验结果表明,在网络自主学习实践活动中,以知识管理为指导,以实践社团为载体,将自主学习的学习方式纳入到实践社团的协作学习中,有助于提高学习者的自主学习能力与效果,从而对提高网络背景下的高等教育教学质量具有积极的作用。

Abstract:The violent development of network technology,the construction of learning society and the abundant learning resources in network have enabled web-based autonomous learning to move forward rapidly.People’s learning style is being changed.This paper conducts a theoretical investigation and an empirical research on web-based autonomous learning which is based on the management of network and the community of practice.In the practice of web-based autonomous learning,guided by knowledge management and supported by community of practice,the autonomous learning is incorporated into the cooperative learning of the community of practice.It improves learner’s self-taught ability and effects and therefore has a positive role in enhancing the teaching quality of web-based higher education.
