| 摘 要： | 肯特州大学图书馆采取了焦点小组座谈会的方式,对移动网站的用户群体进行深入的定性调查和研究。专业馆员首先针对学生这一重要用户群体进行了调研,获知学生们对使用移动设备浏览账户、访问数据库课题文献、阅读保存课程材料、自定义独特的个性化网络体验及咨询联系馆员等方面有强烈的愿望。我国高校图书馆在建设移动网站时,可借鉴其焦点小组座谈会的用户调研方式,并围绕院系课程教学加强特定资源的开发和服务,加强同相关领域部门的技术合作。

| Abstract: | By means of focus group discussions,the Librar y of Kent State University made a survey and research on the users of mobile sites.First of all,the professional librarians conducted an investigation of the s tudents,the important users of the sites,found that they had a strong desire t o use mobile devices to browse the account,access database,read and save the m aterials for learning,create their unique personalized browsing experiences,an d consult or contact librarians.When university libraries in China build their mobile sites,they should learn from the ways of the focus group discussions,e nhance the development of specific resources and services according to teaching, and strengthen the cooperation with related organizations. |
