| 摘 要： | 依据信息经济学的基本原理,探讨了股权分置改革可能导致逆向选择问题,对股权分置改革造成的流通股股东和非流通股股东的利益进行了经济分析,推导出股权分置改革的前提条件和均衡条件,提出了完善股权分置改革机制设计的建议。

At last,some suggestions on reform mechanism design are proposed. |
