代谢循环视角下的环渤海地区海洋经济可持续发展测度

摘    要:在对海洋经济可持续发展相关理论理解的基础上,以代谢循环能力作为研究切入点,建立海洋经济可持续发展测度指标体系,构建包含发展度、协调度、代谢循环度的量化模型,对2000-2011年环渤海地区17个沿海城市的海洋经济可持续发展状况进行测算,并利用核密度估计模型分析了海洋经济可持续发展的动态演变,结果基本显示了近年来环渤海地区海洋经济可持续发展的分布格局。其中强可持续发展地区为天津市;中等可持续发展地区为大连市、盘锦市、青岛市、东营市、烟台市、威海市;较弱可持续发展地区为秦皇岛市、丹东市、潍坊市、日照市;弱可持续发展地区为唐山市、沧州市、锦州市、营口市、葫芦岛市、滨州市。同时对环渤海地区海洋经济可持续发展空间分异规律进行研究。研究成果对该地区海洋经济的可持续发展具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract:Here,based on marine economy sustainable development,the metabolic cycle capabilities was set as a key point and the indicator system for marine economy sustainable development assessment was established. The quantitative assessment model containing developmental degree,harmonious degree,and metabolic cycling degree was constructed. The models were applied to measure marine economy sustainable development conditions of 17 coastal cities in the Bohai Sea Ring Area from 2000 to 2011. The degrees of development,harmony and metabolic cycle were obtained and kernel density estimation was used to analyze the dynamic evolution of marine economy sustainable development. The kernel density estimation at three points in time revealed that the marine economy sustainable development situation in the Bohai Sea Ring Area improved year by year and the distribution began to change from a twin peaks to single-peak pattern. The city with high sustainable development is Tianjin. The cities with moderate sustainable development are Dalian, Panjin, Dongying, Qingdao, Dongying, Yantai and Weihai. The cities with low sustainable development are Qinhuangdao, Dandong, Weifang and Rizhao. The cities with lower sustainable development are Tangshan, Cangzhou, Yingkou, Jinzhou, Huludao and Binzhou. We also studied the law of spatial differences of marine economy sustainable development in Bohai Sea Ring Area and this has practical significance for the sustainable development of the marine economy in this area.
