摘    要:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确要求,教育工作者要关注学生不同特点和个性差异,要鼓励个性化发展,为每个学生提供"适合的教育"。智能时代的到来,使高等教育经历着一场全新的变革,也给教学模式的创新带来了机遇.基于此,文章讨论了智能时代差异化教学的原则,构建了智能时代差异化教学模型,从体制机制、师资队伍、学习资源和技术支撑保障四个维度,探讨了智能时代差异化教学实施的条件机制,以期能为智能时代的高校教学生态重构提供参考。

Abstract:The Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020) clearly requires that educators should pay attention to the different characteristics and personality differences of students, encourage personalized development, and provide each student with a "suitable education". With the advent of the intelligent era, higher education is undergoing a new revolution, and it also brings opportunities for innovation in teaching modes. Based on this, this article discusses the principles of differentiated teaching in the intelligent era and builds a differentiated teaching mode in the intelligent era. Finally, from the four dimensions of institutional mechanism, teaching staff, learning resources and technical support, the conditions and mechanisms for the implementation of differentiated teaching in the intelligent age are discussed. It is hoped that this article can provide a reference for the reconstruction of college teaching ecology in the intelligent era.
