| 摘 要： | 战略导向对企业绩效的影响一直是国内外学术界关注的焦点,但研究结论却出现了分歧.在相关研究的基础上,将渐进性创新和突破性创新作为中介变量,构建了市场导向、创新导向对企业绩效影响的概念模型,并以湖南省高新技术开发区的180家企业为样本对其进行了经验检验.研究发现,市场导向和创新导向对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,渐进性创新和突破性创新在其阃发挥了重要的中介作用.该结论进一步丰富了战略导向理论,为企业战略导向的实施提供了一种新思路.
