| 摘 要： | 资源型城市的转型已经成为中央政府协调地区发展的严峻课题。资源型城市转型的目的是实现资源型城市经济的可持续发展。而要达到此目标，需要进行产业结构的调整，关键是在资源枯竭前建立能够替代资源产业的潜导产业。
