| 摘 要： | 为应对发达国家对中国企业频频发动的标准和专利战,求生存求发展,中国企业必须实施专利战略。在总结回顾以往企业专利战略文献的基础之上,基于系统思考,提出企业应实施专利战略的协同战略,建立健全相适应的专利战略的保障体系,制定适合企业实际情况的专利战略,并依据企业及其环境的变化对企业专利战略进行适当的控制和调整。
