| 摘 要： | 依法治校作为依法治国方略的一个组成部分，已成为我国高等教育发展的必然要求。作者认为，依法治校是现代大学的制度化形态，其法学基础是依法治国方略和法律保留原则。在我国，必须从理念、制度、实践等方面加速推进依法治校的进程。

| Abstract: | As a component of the polices of state-running by law, school-running by law has become an inevitable alternative for the development of higher education in China. It is held that school-running by law is an institutionalized ideology of the modern university, whose legal foundation is the policies of state-running by law and legal retaining principles. It is of vital importance to promote the process of school-running by law in areas such as ideology, system and practice. |
