| 摘 要： | 蒙古族是祖国大家庭中一个历史悠久、勤劳勇敢的民族。由于蒙古族栖息地的特殊自然环境和以游牧为主的独特生活方式，使蒙古族在长期的历史发展过程中，创造和发展了内容丰富、形式多样的具有浓郁草原特色的体育文化。蒙古族那达慕有着悠久的历史、丰富的内容和浓郁的民族特点，它是蒙古民族在长期的生产、生活和社会实践中创造、积累、发展并形成的独特的蒙古族体育文化。
