| 摘 要： | 邓小平、江泽民处在不同的历史时期,面对不同的历史条件和历史使命,形成了各自的人才思想理论。本文着重对他们的人才思想进行研究,探讨他们在人才思想方面的异同,了解他们在人才思想方面的继承与创新规律,对制定社会主义人才战略有重要的指导作用。
