| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校毕业生就业形势十分严峻。要有效缓解大学生就业难,加快发展民营经济是一条重要途径。文章深入分析了当前制约江西民营经济发展的突出问题和影响大学生就业的主要原因,并结合江西实际提出了加快民营经济发展与缓解大学生就业难的促进政策和措施。

| Abstract: | At present,the employment of college graduates in China is extremely critical.Accelerating the development of the private economy is an important way to effectively alleviate the difficult employment of university students.The article deeply analyzes the prominent problem currently constraining the development of Jiangxi private economy and the main reasons for its impact on employment of university students,and also proposes the promoting policies and measures to speed up the development of private economy and ease the difficulties of university students in combination with the actual situation in Jiangxi province. |
