摘    要:高校图书馆因具有信息资源、人力资源、服务、信息传播技术、环境等诸多优势,能够成为学习型社会主干力量的教育者、继续教育信息的提供者、学习潮流的引领者、学习氛围形成的推动者。应对学习型社会的建设,高校图书馆应抓住机遇,把自身打造成学习型组织,并与时俱进,不断创新,坚持开门办馆,实现信息共建共享。

Abstract:Owing to numbers of advantages in terms of information resources, human resources, services, information dis- semination technology and environment, university libraries can become backbone forces of education on learning society, infor- mation providers of continuing education, trendsetters of learning and promoters of learning atmosphere. To build a learning socie- ty, university libraries should seize opportunities to put themselves into learning organizations, keep with the times and constant innovation, adhere to running libraries in an open door way and realize information co-construction and sharing.
