| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制转型、改革深化和产业结构升级,高校人才供给质量与社会需求之间存在缺口。文章以职业主题论和实践性学习论为理论基点,以高等教育的根本任务和社会需求为突破口,探讨转变大学生培养模式的必要性,重点阐述了在就业目标导向下大学生培养模式的定位和知识结构的优化。

| Abstract: | With the developing of economic system, reform and upgrade of industry structure, labor market requires improving students＇practical abilities, there is gap between society demand and supply of human resources＇ quality. Based on the vocational oriented theory and practical study, this paper discusses the necessity of transformation of training mode under the basic task and society demand. Location of graduate＇s training mode and optimization of knowledge structure are interpreted. |
