分层教学中的目标管理问题

摘    要:作为极受当代中国基础教育教学关注的分层教学,在其概念、教学目标和分层标准几方面理论及实践上尚存在问题。反思与研究分层教学发现,分层教学是一种班级授课制形式下的基于学生差异基础上的个性化教学模式;分层教学目标“长善”与“救失”辨证统一;为适应时代要求分层标准亟需客观科学化。

Abstract:Teaching in different levels is paid close attentions to by the practical field of foundational education of China.However,there are some questions on the concept,aim and criterion of it.This article retrospects and studies these.The main points follow:teaching in different levels is a kind of personalized way based on the students'difference under the form of class teaching,teaching in difference levels focuses attention on the "development goodness"and "compensating shortcoming"at the same time,and we need consider the science standards suited to the time.
