| Abstract: | The three different expert testimonies to ZHA Xianwu's death have exposed the evident lagging behind of our country's evidence legislation in the expert testimony system.To solve the contradictions,we should set up a working committee of expert testimony,a complete staff and carry out a system to let the expert witnesses to appear at court to give evidence. |
