| Abstract: | Deng XiaoPing strategically puts forward a series of educational ideas of paying respect to teachers, raising their, political and social positions and giving full play to their importance in educational course, at the same time improving their working conditions and life remuneration to encourage even more people to take up teaching as their lifelong professions and strengthening teaching staff building to raise their quality. These views are the important components of his educational theories. |
