| 摘 要： | 以学习效应为中介变量,构建全球价值链嵌入与集群企业创新绩效的关系模型,并以绍兴纺织业集群中134个外向型企业为对象,运用结构方程模型进行实证检验。研究发现:(1)全球价值链嵌入的三个维度具有内在逻辑联系,结构嵌入促进关系嵌入,并通过关系嵌入推动认知嵌入的提高。(2)全球价值链嵌入的三个维度均不直接影响集群企业的创新绩效,但结构嵌入和关系嵌入通过利用式学习间接改善创新绩效。研究认为集群企业应从战略层次关注全球价值链嵌入三个维度的内在关系,并通过学习能力的培育更好的利用外部创新资源。

| Abstract: | Taking learning effect as a medium variable, this paper erects the relationship model of GVC embeddedness and innovation performance of cluster firms, and conduct an empirical research on 134 export-oriented enterprises in the textile clusters in Shaoxing using the structural equation model. The research indicates that (1) the three dimensions of GVC have intrinsic logic links: the structural embeddedness promotes the relational embeddedness and promotes the enhancement of cognitive embeddedness; and (2) the three dimensions of the GVC will not affect directly the innovation performance of the clustered enterprises, but the structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness improves indirectly the innovation performance through the exploitative learning. The author thinks that clustered firms should pay more attention to the intrinsic relationship of the three dimensions of GVC from the strategic level and try to better use external resources by improving the learning ability of clustered firms. |
