| 摘 要： | 随着科技的飞速发展和经济社会的急剧变革及其引发的就业结构的调整,中等职业教育从教育目标到教育内容和教育方法等都在发生巨大变革,教师的角色也相应地发生了重大变化。从中职生全面发展的需要来看,中等职业学校教师的角色应顺应时代的发展,朝着伙伴、促进者、帮助者、反思者和研究者等多重性角色演变。

| Abstract: | With the development of science and technology,social economy reforms greatly,which causes the adjustment of employment structure.Secondary vocational education also changes greatly from education object and content to educational approaches.So does the role of a teacher.The role of a secondary vocational school teacher should be changed into the roles of partner,promoter,helper,researcher and so on,so as to meet the requirements of the secondary vocational students' the integrated development. |
