| 摘 要： | 对高校公共体育意外伤害事故发生的原因进行了研究,提出从以下几方面构建高校公共体育安全保障体系:(1)建立高校公共体育伤害事故处理的法律法规、文件制度体系;(2)制定有效评定伤害事故责任和处理的方案;(3)制定康复、预防和保险的方案.

| Abstract: | Due to t he special feat ure of sport s , there happen sport s injuries occasionally , the handling and t he prevention of such injuries have become a big concern of t he school , t he family and the society. Therefore , t he const ruction of college st udent s sport s safety system is important . The reasons of t he sport s injuries are analyzed in t his paper and it is necessary to establish legal regulations and system of college sport s injury t reatment and make up effective sport s injury liability assessment program , rehabilitation , prevention and insurance program. |
