Helping students during online searches: An evaluation |

| Abstract: | An evaluation of student online searches explored the value of staff assistance to trained end users searching BRS Menus. Interactions between 19 student volunteers and library staff “coaches” were analyzed via tape recordings, a a questionnaire, and postsearch interviews. The results, and a discussion of their implications, are presented here. |
