| 摘 要： | 企业在对外交往中，通过合同的形式确定权利和义务，避免经营管理风险。但合同的签订一方面需要及时对外界的要约做出响应，另一方面必须考虑企业内部管理的约束机制，造成风险与效率间的矛盾。通过对佛山供电局合同审批流程的现状进行分析，提出合同审批环节的优化方案，希望达到进一步提高合同审批效率的目的。
