| Abstract: | The paper analyzes venture capital＇ s influences on the innovation capabilities of private scientific-technological enterprises,puts forward that venture capital can help the enterpise in venture support and management and social relations and lower the risks to develop the innovations of the enterpise. By this paper,the author hopes it becomes the theory consulations for the improvement of the innovation capabilities of private scientific-technological enterprises. |
