| 摘 要： | 高校合并使体育管理从单一的封闭管理走向多方位的管理.多校区合一后的变化加大了学校体育管理的难度,出现了在管理方法上、管理制度上、人员思想上、体育教学模式等重要层面上亟待解决的问题.通过分析高校合并后对学校体育管理提出的挑战,寻找应对措施,提高体育管理水平,是合并后的高校体育管理水平向深层次发展的要求.

| Abstract: | The PE supervision has developed from the unitary close one to the complicated one. The change from the amalgamation adds the difficulty in the college PE supervision. Many urgent problems appear. Such as: supervision method, supervision system, faculty minds, PE teaching etc. Through the discussion of the challenge from PE supervision in the amalgamation,searching the corresponding measure and developing the supervision level become the requirement of the PE supervision which develop its deep layer in the amalgamation. |
