| Abstract: | The paper first points out some existing problems with occupational guidance to university students, including inadequate attention on the part of the university and weak consciousness on the part of the students. Then it suggests improving the situation and promoting university graduates＂ em- ployment through strengthened management and improved teaching of the university and enhanced ini- tiative on the Dart of the students and their oarents. |
