| 摘 要： | 基于开放大学建设视角，以远程开放教育学习支持服务的构成要素为切入点，通过对教师导学和教学平台技术支持服务现状和问题的分析，认为以导学与技术深度融合是改进支持服务效果和质量的关键，并提出了开放大学学习支持服务体系构建中教师导学及技术支持服务的设计思路与改进策略。
