| 摘 要： | 用欧阳义芳等人的研究成果普适分析型的嵌入原子模型（GAEAM），确定了铁（Fe）和铕（Eu）的嵌入原子模型参数，并用这些参数计算了它们的单空位形成能、双空位结合能、弹性常数、结构稳定性以及在100]110]111]面上的表面能，还计算了Fe和Eu两个元素构成的二元无序合金在整个成份的范围内的形成焓，以及它们的声子色散关系．

| Abstract: | The parameter of Embedded atom method for Fe and Eu are computed by means of GAEAM(general analytic embedded atom method)proposed recently by YifangOuyangetal.By using of these parameters,the single-hole formation energy,double-hole combinatione nergy,elasticity constant,structur estability and surface energy on the cubic crystallographic axesfor Fe and Eu are calculated.The for mation enthalpy vs.composition for Fe-Eu binary ally system is computed,and the phonon dispersion relation curves for Fe and Eu are depicted. |
