| 摘 要： | 基于现代工程管理理论，针对电网工程进度管理现状，提出了动态调控体系，探讨了决定工程建设进度的因素，并进行了实例分析。结果表明：此动态调控体系为电网工程的进度管理提供了新的思路和理念，确保工程项目进度达到预期的控制目标，可以尽早发挥项目的最大效益。

| Abstract: | Based on management theory the modern engineer, a new system ot dynamtc tendency control is introduced according to the present situation analysis of electrical grid engineer. The decisive factors of engineer construct tendency are discussed, and the real cases is analysised . The result shows it can provide a new thought to manage the electrical net engineer, ensuring the project schedule to achieve the desired control objectives ,so as to elaborate the most benefit of the item. |
