| 摘 要： | 在传统经济体制下，国有资产界定、管理、保值增值等概念既淡薄又模糊。随着现代企业制度的建立和完善，国有资产管理越来越显示出它的重要性，政府和企业对国有资产的保值增值列为首要职能。本文从煤炭企业国有资产的特点、国有煤炭企业改制等方面对国有资产管理谈点个人见解。

| Abstract: | Under the traditional economic system ,some concepts are faint and vague about the definition , management of the state property and guaranteed and increase in state property . With the establishment and perfectness of the modern enterprise system , state property management is showing its importance .Government and enterprise regard the guaranteed and increase in it as the first function . The essay will express my viewpoint to state coal-mining enterprise from these aspects-the property characteristics and reform ,ect . |
