| 摘 要： | 方显廷是民国时期著名的中国经济学家之一。他的经济发展学说的根本着眼点是希望借助工业化的发展路径和统制经济的制度安排来求得中国的繁荣富强,但其具体内容则因抗日战争的爆发而呈现出阶段性的发展变化。简言之,就是他在抗战之前认为中国应当实行轻工业优先的工业化策略和政府主导的局部统制经济体制,而在抗战时期则认为中国必须实行重工业优先的工业化策略和官民合作的全方位的统制经济体制。

| Abstract: | Fang Xian-ting is one of the most famous economists in ROC.His theory of economic development fundamentally aimed at seeking a prosperous and powerful China through the developmental path of industrialization and the systematic arrangement of control economy,but its specific content showed a phased change with the outbreak of the anti-Japanese war.In short,he before the anti-Japanese war believed that China should implement the industrialization strategy of priority light industry and the partial control-economy system led by the government,while China in the Japanese War had to do the industrialization strategy of priority heavy industry and the full control-economy system driven by the government and people. |
