| 摘 要： | 当前,保障性住房建设已成为国家住房政策的重点,社会各界正积极探寻其建设模式和实施策略。EPC模式具有减少工程项目建设的各个阶段之间的矛盾、缩短建设工期和节约投资等优点,将其应用到社会保障性住房建设中,可以有效促进社会保障性住房的建设。在阐述EPC模式的内涵和特征的基础上,提出了社会保障性住房建设项目EPC模式的结构设计思路,具有较高的适用性和可行性。
