摘    要:高校图书馆作为现代社会中最为重要的信息资源中心,是高等学校公共服务体系中的重要组成部分,在现代高校建设与发展中占有十分重要的地位。而随着我国高等教育改革的深化,网络信息的扩大,智能化生活环境的增多,新的技术平台与信息环境给高校图书馆的方方面面都带来了影响和冲击。提高高校图书馆服务质量,更好地发挥高校图书馆的功能和作用,跟上时代发展步伐,确保高校图书馆的地位,使高等学校不同层次的读者群都能在图书馆中迅速而便捷地获取有价值的信息,是解决高校图书馆面临的问题和挑战,以适应当今时代和高等教育发展的有效途径。

Abstract:As the most important information resource center in the modern society and a major part in the public service system of higher learning,university library occupies a very important position in constructing and developing modern university.But with the deepening reform of higher education,the expanding of network information and the increasing of intelligent living environment in china,new technology platform and information environment makes a tremendous impact on all aspects of the university library.Improving the service quality,which can better the function and ensure the status of university library to keep up the pace of development and the readers of all levels could get valuable information quickly and conveniently in the library,is an effective way to solve the problems and challenges faced by the university library and to adapt to the current era and the development of higher education.
