摘    要:阐述食品食源性疾病监测的立法、目的、重点内容及开展相关工作的要求和重要性。简析国际上食源性疾病监测相关工作的实施情况,并详细介绍我国食源性疾病监测工作开展情况及监测网体系。

Abstract:This article showed us the legislation,purpose and main content of the motoring of foodborne diseases,and its requirements and importance of related work.Then it discussed the implementation in the world,particularly introduced our recent work and the network system of the motoring of foodborne diseases.
