| 摘 要： | 工学结合是高等教育人才培养中重要的培养模式之一。企业、学校和学生之间三元互动的有机结合必须有一个长效机制作保障。该研究探索总结出了高等职业教育工学结合模式中校企合作的三大保障机制,即基于市场需求的校企共同参与的人才培养机制、基于市场化运作的实习就业推荐机制、基于互利共赢的校企合作保障机制。

| Abstract: | As the most important training mode of higher education,the interactive combination of enterprises,schools,and students should have a long-term system as guarantee.The paper explores and summarizes three guarantee systems of school-enterprise cooperation,i.e.the talents cultivation system which school and enterprise participating jointly in response to market requirements,the recommending system of practice and employment based on the market operation,and the guarantee system of school-enterprise cooperation based on mutual benefit. |
