基于教育生态化理论的随班就读教学模式研究

摘    要:文章从生态化视角分析随班就读教育模式存在的因教育对象显性差异增大而导致的"失衡"问题。在随班就读模式中构建由教师、学生、课程和环境四要素整合而成的教育生态环境,以随班就读学生个体为中心,动态、微观地分析教与学内在的需求,协调随班就读实践中教与学之间的平衡性及和谐性。

Abstract:From the ecological view,this article analyzes the imbalance resulted from increasing differences of teaching objects in inclusive education.Comprehensive educational ecological environment of teacher,student,curriculum and teaching environment in inclusive education should be constructed,combined with dynamic and micro analysis of inherent demands of teaching and learning focusing on individuals in inclusive education to reach balance and harmony between teaching and learning in practices of inclusive education.
