| 摘 要： | 创新应体现在民族高等学校思想教育工作的整个过程之中。21世纪的社会变革和教育自身的改革，对民族高校的发展产生着越来越重要的影响，使民族高校学生思想教育环境，发生了很大的变化。对新形势下做好民族高校学生思想教育工作提出了新的要求。改进民族高校学生思想教育工作应跟上时代的步伐，解放思想，更新观念；正确把握民族高校思想教育工作的规律；要处理好解决思想问题与解决实际问题的关系。

| Abstract: | Innovation should be reflected in the whole process of ideological education in ethnic universities and colleges.In the 21 st century,social changes and ed ucational reform have made more and more important impact on the development of ethnic universities and colleges.These changes have not only brought about great changes in the environment of ideological education work of ethnic students,but also put forward new requirements for the work under the new circumstances.In o rder to improve ideological education work of ethnic students,we should keep pac e with the time,liberate ideas,innovate views,correctly observe the regularity o f this work and keep in balance the relation between solving ideological problem s and practical problems. |
