| 摘 要： | 在追求低碳经济发展的时代，经济的发展和人才新的价值主张要求企业树立全新的雇主品牌，绿色雇主品牌即应运而生，成为世界各国发展低碳经济的新焦点。文章通过分析低碳经济与绿色雇主品牌的联系，提出绿色雇主品牌的基本策略，推动低碳经济的发展。

| Abstract: | In the pursuit of a low carbon economy development of era, the development of the economy and talent new value proposition requests the enterprise to set up the new employers brand - green employers brand emerged, which bo- comes the world development new focus of a low carbon economy. By analyzing the relation between a low carbon econo-my and green employers, this article puts forward the basic strategy of the green employers brand to promote the develop- ment of low carbon economy. |
