| 摘 要： | 在我国经济强劲增长的主旋律背后,能源短缺已经开始隐现,如何节约能源已成为持续发展中一个亟待解决的问题。“合同能源管理”是以市场机制为基础的节能新机制,也是我国建设资源节约型社会的重要保障措施。作为节能概念的全新创举,合同能源管理在为客户实施节能项目的过程中,通过EMCO承担了与项目实施相关的所有前期投入和大部分的风险,解决了当前推广节能项目最大的难题。

| Abstract: | With our country's fast economical development,the shortage of energy sources has appeared and how to save the energy becomes an urgent problem.Contracting energy sources management is a new energy-saving mechanism based on market mechanism,and it is also a very important action to construct a resource-saving society.As thoroughly new pioneering work of energy-saving notion,in virtue of EMCO bearing all front-end investment and most risks in relation to the project,contracting energy sources management has settled the most difficult problems in generalizing current energy-saving projects in the process of actualizing the energy-saving project for the clients. |
