| 摘 要： | 基于工作过程构建新型高职课程已经成为高职课程改革的重要手段,其核心是以岗位能力获得为目标,建设基于工作过程的课程内容和课程标准。本文阐述了基于工作过程开发高职课程的思路与方法,提出《手机组装与调试》的具体设计与实施方案,实现了教学内容与工作内容的统一。实践表明,该课程改革对促进高技能人才培养具有显著效果。

| Abstract: | The construction of new higher vocational curriculum based on work process has become an important means of higher vocational curriculum reform, its core is to post ability as the goal and construct curriculum contents and standard based on work process. This paper describes the thought and method of the development of Higher Vocational Curriculum based on working process, puts forward the specific design and implementation plan of the mobile phone assembly and debugging course, realizes the uniform of the teaching content and the working content. The practice shows that the curriculum reform to promote the cultivation of high skilled talents achieves clear effect. |
