| 摘 要： | 从供给和需求的角度分析了我国农业科技成果推广水平低的原因,通过供求均衡分析,认为农业科技成果推广率的提高必须在刺激农业科技成果有效需求的同时,增加农业科技成果供给,并提出增加农业科技成果的供给和需求的措施建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, from the angle of supply and demand, the factors that affect the application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements (ASTA) in our country are given out. Based on the analysis of the balance of supply and demand, we get a conclusion. That' s to say, in order to increase the applied rate of ASTA, the supply of ASTA must be increased while effective demand of ASTA is stimulated. The measure to increase the supply and demand of ASTA is also worked out. |
