| Abstract: | By fully analyzing the basic features of Mianyang's cultivated land and the critical problems Mianyang faced in utilizing the cultivated land, the author raised the concept of total volume dynamic equilibrium of cultivated land, and gave out practical approaches and measures to realize this dynamic equilibrium. |
