| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是党中央统揽全局、着眼长远、与时俱进而做出的重大战略决策，是我国现代化进程中的一项重大历史任务。大力发展农村职业教育，着力提高广大农民的综合素质，是推进社会主义新农村建设的一项基础性工程。办好农业职业教育要明确办学指导思想，突出办学特色，更新办学理念，把握办学方向，理清办学思路，选准主攻目标，改革办学模式，创新办学机制，为新农村建设提供强有力的智力支持和人才支撑。

| Abstract: | It＇s a grand decision made by the central authority of the CCP after overal and long-range planning to build a new socialist countryside, It＇s a great historycal task during our process to modernization, It＇s a fundamental project in promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside to develop vocational education in to countryside and to improve the integrated quality of the country people.To run the vocational education in rural areas successfully, we should make clear the guiding ideology, we should stress the distinguishing features of vocational education, renow the conception of running of schools and choose the correct direction of main attack , and we also should bring forth new ideas of running schools. Running vocational education in rural areas should aim at providing powerful support on intelligence and talent preson for the building of a new socialist countryside. |
