| 摘 要： | 分析排球比赛时影响运动员心理素质的各项因素,并针对各个因素在平时的训练,从多方面对运动员进行心 理训练,使运动员在比赛时保持良好的心理状态,同时在比赛中运用心理战术,配合技术作战,取得比赛胜利。

| Abstract: | The author analyzes the elements that may affect athletes' mentality in volleyball games and proposes training strategies, which are problem-oriented and multi-layered, to promote athletes' psychological bettle. The author also suggests psychological bactics that may be applied in combination with bechnical ones in volleyball games. |
