| 摘 要： | 发展西部贫困地区基础教育必须要有新思路、新举措、新突破。“中英甘肃基础教育合作项目”把合作创新、探索贫困地区基础教育跨越式发展的新思路作为项目的内在意义和价值追求。该项目在甘肃临夏回族自治州的 4个少数民族聚居县实施 ,力求通过教育促进人力资本与社会资本的生产 ;探索解决贫困地区义务教育经费问题的新思路 ;形成综合、立体、多元的教师专业发展网络 ;建构可持续发展的全民教育体系。这项尚在进行中的教育试验 ,已取得了有益的经验。 |
