| 摘 要： | 通过总结实地调查30多家企业ERP实施的成功因素和失败教训,借鉴国内外ERP实施的成功因素法,把软件开发过程的能力成熟度模型SW-CMM引入到我国企业实施ERP的实施能力测评中,提供企业一个基于过程改进的＂ERP实施的能力成熟度模型＂,对此进行了论述。
