| 摘 要： | 在业人口的变化与社会经济发展的基本数量关系表现为农业人口增长与人力资本投资和经济收益的关系,在业人口变化与人均GDP的大小及其变化趋势;在业人口变化与劳动力资源的关系表明,在业人口增长和劳动力资源增长的关系受到在业人口增长率的高低和失业人口在劳动力资源中所占比例大小的影响;在业人口的变化与人民生活质量的关系表现为在业人口增长对提高人民生活质量的影响以及人民生活质量的提高对在业人口增长的影响。

| Abstract: | The variation of on - job population and the basic numerical relationship of social and economic development represent the relationship between the increase of on-job population and the investment of human resources and economic revenue, also the variation of on-job population and the condition of GDP per head and its changing tendencies. The increase rate of on -job population and the rate of out - of - work population have influence on the relationship between the increase of on-job population and the source of labour force, the more people are employed, the better life they will have, and vice versa. |
