摘    要:建立了高效液相色谱测定卷烟烟气中丙烯醛的新方法.改进了卷烟烟气的捕集方法,使用吸附有2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的剑桥滤片捕集丙烯醛;考察了在剑桥滤片上丙烯醛与DNPH衍生化反应的条件,实验了新的流动相体系对卷烟烟气中丙烯醛分离效果的影响.实现了卷烟烟气中丙烯醛的简便快速测定.结果表明,本法可消除复杂基体的干扰,测定结果准确.方法的相对标准偏差为2.35%,回收率在99.8%~101.2%范围,检测限为2.5 ng/mL.

Abstract:A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of acrolein in cigarette smoke has been developed,and the trapping method of acrolein improved.By using the DNPH-treated Cambridge filter to collect the acrolein in cigarette smoke,the reaction condition of splitting acrolein with 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH) in the filter was investigated.The results show that this established method has had high sensitivity and good selectivity compared with other analytical methods,and this simple and efficient method can be expected to have a wide application.
